Absorb is a range of natural, fermented drinks created with dried fruits, flowers, herbs and a sprinkle of sugar. They contain
15 strains of healthy bacteria and are rich in B vitamins, particularly B12. Founder Laure Boutrais-Lodge says: I draw inspiration
from Yoga, running, music and nature. I studied Naturopathic Nutrition in Cardiff. The course enabled me to improve my health
and stamina and I discovered how to make Water Kefir, a sparkling natural probiotic drink. This was the start of Absorb!
