The Coles family have been distilling their own spirits since 2013 and produce a wide variety of spirits in their unique still.
Designed and built by the Coles family following a distillery course in Chicago, it allows us to produce some lovely whiskys,
rums, vodkas and moonshine, amongst other drinks. Coles family distillery are now even offering the opportunity for you to
buy your very own whisky and rum casks. The Coles family also brew beer, make cider and run a very successful pub.

The prize is as follows:
A 2.8 Litre freshly charred real Oak Barrel of 2.8 Litres with a tap and stand, 2 Litres of new make Malted Barley Spirit, and detailed instructions are included. Refillable up to five times. The barrels will age the spirit more like a bourbon, with subsequent fills shifting to a more Scotch-like finish
